SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: For several weeks, Deputy Gutel had been investigating reports of sheep that had not been receiving proper care belonging to Randall Quesnel (65). Deputy Gutel attempted to work with Quesnel in order to get the sheep the care that they needed, but after several attempts, it was discovered that Quesnel was attempting to hide the sheep and neglect them from the proper care that they needed. Quesnel was taken into custody, processed at the Sheriff’s Office, and issued a citation to appear in court on 10/23/23 @ 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of Animal Cruelty. The sheep received the proper care and attention that they needed the following day.
