Compliments, Tips, and Complaints

Use this form to contact us regarding a compliment you want to pass along for a job well done, a tip or information regarding a crime, or a complaint if you feel that a member of the department has not followed policy and procedure.

If you are contacting the department to file a complaint, we may require more information to look into what has happened. However, this form is designed to allow the complaint to be anonymous. Please keep in mind that anonymous complaints can be difficult to follow up on. If you choose to not provide your name or contact information, please try to provide as much information as possible to ensure that we can take care of the issue to the best of our ability.
