SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/11/2023, Cpl. Sweet was conducting traffic enforcement on Route 7 in the town of Leicester. He observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. During the course of the stop, it was discovered that the operator, Michael Brouillard (30) had a criminally suspended license. He was issued a ticket for speeding and a citation to appear in court on 01/8/2023 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charge of Criminal DLS.
